When you fill out the form below, it will ask you to select a consult type ‘Free Phone Consultation’, time, and enter your name, e-mail, and a phone number where I can reach you. 

 I will respond to your request within 48 business hours to confirm your reservation.

At the time of the consult I will reach out to you at the number you provided. During your consultation we will talk about how you are feeling, and the ways I might be able to help. I can answer any questions, and from there if therapy seems like a good fit we can schedule an intake session.
