Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy based on the belief that the mind is naturally multiple – like when you think “One side of me feels excited to try this, but another part is worried we’ll mess up and feels embarrassed.” – and that multiplicity is a good thing.  Through working with the different parts of ourselves, we are able to understand the how and why we do/think/feel/react the way we do, and bring peace and healing to the parts of us that need it most.
