Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-oriented way to process trauma and significantly reduce, if not entirely eliminate, symptoms of PTSD and Complex Trauma.  By increasing attunement to the body and all the ways trauma is stored, we can co-create a safe and gentle approach to allow past trauma to be released.
