Hi, I’m Alli!

I’m a therapist and trauma specialist, but you might also call me a creative, an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), or a DIY enthusiast.

 

Who do I help?

I help people who want to understand what the heck is happening to them/their bodies and learn to navigate their symptoms and selves, but wonder if they are ‘too broken’, or their problems are too dark, too shameful, or too ‘out there’ to be helped or if their problems are even important enough to be talked about.

 

How?

I help my clients understand and navigate panic symptoms and overcome the impacts of past trauma so that they can feel safe, understand and make peace with their past, know who they are, and experience the freedom to feel joy.
